As the founder and co-owner of Guardian, he is very hands-on with ongoing client tasks within operations and training. He has experience in leadership, project management, emergency evacuation management, security operations, and planning, both in military and civilian contexts. Norman manages most of the larger security operations in Guardian, and he is the primary point of contact for family offices and high net worth clients. He also has substantial experience managing site security projects.
Michael drives Guardian’s business development and innovation. With extensive experience as CEO as a trusted supplier to authorities worldwide, he develops solutions for surveillance, and special operations requiring extraordinary precision.
Michael leads Guardian’s strategic business development and technological innovation. With deep expertise in intelligence operations, investigations, and complex operational environments – combined with many years of experience as CEO within emergency response and as a long-term supplier to national and international authorities he has built a strong global network.
His work focuses on developing advanced solutions within UAV technology, surveillance, data analysis, and special operations that demand exceptional technical and tactical capabilities.
Michael combines strategic insight, operational experience, and innovative thinking to position Guardian as an international frontrunner in security, technology, and intelligence.
Claus-Henrik is a senior medical professional with over 30 years of experience in emergency medicine and general practice. As Medical Director at Guardian, he oversees all medical operations, including executive protection medical support and global evacuation missions.
Dr. Claus Henrik Rasmussen serves as Medical Director at Guardian, where he leads all medical initiatives and ensures the highest clinical standards across global operations. With more than 30 years of experience in emergency medicine and general practice, he has built a distinguished career managing acute patients and providing tailored medical solutions for VIP clients and families.
As a board-certified senior consultant in emergency medicine, Dr. Rasmussen is responsible for the medical competence and readiness of Guardian’s protection teams, ensuring that all agents possess advanced medical training and can respond effectively in critical situations.
He also oversees global medical evacuation and repatriation operations, coordinating missions in both stable regions and high-risk or conflict areas. His leadership and extensive field experience ensure that every operation — from executive medical care to complex evacuations — is executed with precision, professionalism, and uncompromising safety.
Alexander works with crisis management, travel security and training for organisations operating internationally.
In meetings with clients, he focuses on open conversations about security approach, procedures and the human factor. Do we understand our role? Can decisions realistically be taken under pressure. Is the organisation is willing to learn and exercise?
A large part of his work revolves around designing and delivering HEAT courses and crisis exercises together with Guardian’s instructors. His focus is always on the audience: who is in the room, what decisions they are likely to face, and what behavioural outcome the training should lead to.
In recent programmes, this has meant adjusting scenarios to reflect current operational environments and ensuring that exercises trains judgement, communication and leadership.
Colleagues describe him as structured, direct and calm. In workshops and exercises, he prioritises clarity and tempo, while leaving space for reflection and dialogue. He believes good security work is built on preparation, shared understanding and continuous learning.
His background in the Danish Army influences his approach to structure and responsibility, but his work today is defined by collaboration, practical facilitation and building trust with the people he trains and advises.
Lasse has years of experience in military and private security. As a result of his work with NATO in Afghanistan and his assistance for diplomatic security,
Lasse has established a solid reputation in the field of complicated stakeholder management across cultures. From Lasse’s work with journey management, planning and tracking in high-risk areas, Lasse has gained a deep understanding of the different processes involved in travel security. He has a bachelor’s in military operations and an economics course from Harvard University. Since joining Guardian, Lasse has had the responsibility for our digital service deliveries, where his coordination skills are put to good use in leading a team of in-house experts and the corporation with our technology partner.
With many years of experience in the military, Martin is excited to bring his expertise as a Senior Project Manager to Guardian Security Risk Management.
As a former Officer in the Danish Army, Martin has developed and executed numerous training and education programs. In his role at Guardian, he is passionate about using his skills to plan, develop, and deliver effective security training solutions. Sharing his knowledge and experience with others is a great source of motivation for Martin, and he is dedicated to ensuring that all training solutions align with organizational goals and objectives. He is committed to helping individuals and organizations mitigate risk and operate safely, especially in high-risk areas.
Akram has many years of experience in financial management within the security sector and possesses a deep understanding of the industry. His expertise covers both organizational finance and the complex dynamics of international security operations.
