Who we are

Guardian SRM is a Danish security company with two decades of experience preparing people and organisations for critical situations.

We believe security is not about products “off the shelf.” It’s about context. It’s about people. And it’s about helping organisations act with clarity when it matters most.

What we do

We design and deliver:

  • Training – from HEAT courses to tailored programmes for organisations operating in challenging environments.

  • Advisory – risk assessments, crisis preparedness, and strategic security advice.

  • Support – through our operations centre, providing 24/7 access to emergency assistance and security expertise.

Every solution is built around the specific risk profile, culture, and needs of our clients. That’s why no two projects look the same.

How we work

When the door slams in the middle of the night, when a phone rings with bad news, when you suddenly stand alone in a street you don’t know – what you do in those seconds is important.

That is how we design training and advisory. Not theory, but habits you can fall back on. Not generic products, but solutions that fit your profile, your risks, your team.

We work with a simple principle: make it real, make it relevant, make it last.

What drives us

Because when a crisis hits, people don’t rise to the level of their plans. They fall to the level of their training and preparation.

That’s why we exist: to make sure that level is high, relevant, and ready.

We want people to feel safe, confident, and able to act – whether they are travelling abroad, working in high-risk areas, or facing sudden threats at home.

FAQ

Security and risk management is important for any organisation. We have gathered some answers to the typical questions people ask us.

What is Duty of Care?

Duty of Care refers to the moral and legal obligation of an organisation to ensure the safety and wellbeing of its employees. Some countries have clearly defined laws regarding Duty of Care while others don’t. In any case, it is important that an organisation is compliant with Duty of Care best practices.

What is HEAT?

Hostile Environment Awareness Training or HEAT is a course designed for people who travel and work in high-risk areas. The training is internationally recognised and often a requirement before trips or deployments to medium- and high-risk areas.

What is a travel management platform?

A travel management platform is a digital tool that helps your organisation maintain a comprehensive overview of where all your travellers are. Our travel management platform enables you to check-in and maintain contact with your travellers, ensuring that their travels are proceeding according to plan; access risk information, so that you can provide your travellers with the tools that they need; and automatically be informed of relevant incidents across the globe that may affect your travellers, so that you can respond in a timely manner.
