Guardian-SRM collaborates with Mediernes Efteruddannelse, part of the Danish Press Education Fund (Pressen uddannelsesfond), to provide subsidised HEAT and HEAT refresher courses. This initiative supports journalists by offering financial assistance for safety training, ensuring they can operate safely in challenging environments. Eligible media professionals can apply for subsidies to reduce the cost of these essential courses.
SikkerhedsBranchen is an interest organisation consisting of companies that work professionally with safety and security. Their members represent all types of security – including guarding, electronic and mechanical security, fire protection, terrorism protection and security consultancy.

Intertek conducts an annual external audit to verify our quality management system and maintain our certification – and because Guardian is a member of SikkerhedsBranchen, they also conduct an annual audit of our quality management system.
As part of our quality assurance system, we have implemented quantitative customer satisfaction surveys to deliver our training and courses. Our quality target is that customer satisfaction must be at least 4.8 on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the most satisfied. We have not yet had a deviation from our quality target.

Our range of services provides the foundation for our customers to meet all requirements of the ISO 31030 Travel Risk Management standard. As a full-service security provider, our travel security consulting is always based on ISO 31030 Travel Risk Management.
In the summer of 2021, the Danish authorities also asked Guardian to assess whether Denmark could approve the ISO 31030 standard. On behalf of the Danish Standards Authority, Guardian approved the ISO 31030 standard.
