Jens has years of experience in military, security, and crisis management. He is among the world’s elite experts on crisis management, particularly within kidnap for ransom, extortion, and threat management.
Jens is an internationally recognised practitioner with unmatched experience from all over the globe. Jens was a captain in the Danish Army, where he contributed to establishing the Danish Private and Confidential 10 Conduct After Capture section, which has since become a model for several other NATO countries. Jens is a co-owner of Guardian, where all colleagues can benefit from his experience and knowledge.
Norman has years of operational experience within the Special Operation Forces (SOF) and 20 years of experience in security and risk management, as well as extensive experience working in conflict areas around the world.
As the founder and co-owner of Guardian, he is very hands-on with ongoing client tasks within operations and training. He has experience in leadership, project management, emergency evacuation management, security operations, and planning, both in military and civilian contexts. Norman manages most of the larger security operations in Guardian, and he is the primary point of contact for family offices and high net worth clients. He also has substantial experience managing site security projects.
Emilie has years of experience in the Army and private security sectors. Emilie is a former officer, Captain, in the Danish Army and has spent three years in Afghanistan.
In Kabul, she worked as the Security Administrator at the Danish and Norwegian Embassy. Emilie holds a BA in Military Tactical Operations from the Royal Danish Military Academy, a BA in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, an MSc in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester, and she is currently studying an MSc in Psychology at the University of Copenhagen in her spare time.
As the Head of Training at Guardian Security Risk Management, Alexander delivers specialised security training solutions globally, while integrating business development with project management.
He leverages a military leadership degree and experience from the Danish Army to design and implement training programs that enhance the security and resilience of Guardian clients and employees.
Alexander values clear communication, empowerment, and fostering innovation. His core competencies include situational leadership, problem-solving, and training and development. He aims to develop effective strategies and nurture a culture of continuous growth and believes in leading with integrity, encouraging a balanced work-life dynamic, and building strong, collaborative relationships.
Lasse has years of experience in military and private security. As a result of his work with NATO in Afghanistan and his assistance for diplomatic security,
Lasse has established a solid reputation in the field of complicated stakeholder management across cultures. From Lasse’s work with journey management, planning and tracking in high-risk areas, Lasse has gained a deep understanding of the different processes involved in travel security. He has a bachelor’s in military operations and an economics course from Harvard University. Since joining Guardian, Lasse has had the responsibility for our digital service deliveries, where his coordination skills are put to good use in leading a team of in-house experts and the corporation with our technology partner.

With many years of experience in the military, Martin is excited to bring his expertise as a Training Consultant to Guardian Security Risk Management.
As a former Officer in the Danish Army, Martin has developed and executed numerous training and education programs. In his role at Guardian, he is passionate about using his skills to plan, develop, and deliver effective security training solutions. Sharing his knowledge and experience with others is a great source of motivation for Martin, and he is dedicated to ensuring that all training solutions align with organizational goals and objectives. He is committed to helping individuals and organizations mitigate risk and operate safely, especially in high-risk areas.
Katrine is part of the Risk Advisory department where she conducts risk assessments and security analysis for clients, identifying potential security threats and vulnerabilities and providing recommendations for mitigating those risks.
As a security risk consultant, Katrine is responsible for developing customised security solutions that are tailored to clients’ individual needs. Katrine’s academic background in International Studies and Human Security gives her a broad and deep understanding of the complex issues and challenges involved in security risk management. This allows her to approach her work with a holistic perspective, taking into account the social, cultural, and political factors that can impact security outcomes.

Ask brings a diverse set of skills and experiences, including crowd management, to the team.
Currently pursuing a BA in Emergency and Risk Management, Ask has acquired a strong foundation in the principles and practices of crisis management and crowd management planning. Prior to joining the department, Ask worked in Guardian’s analytical capacity, specialising in travel security, where he developed his critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ask’s academic training and professional experience allow him to approach crisis management from a well-rounded and holistic perspective.
